THE CLASS OF THE EMERALD COAST - BELLA RIVA

What a beautiful condo! When we opened the door, our first words were "WOW!". Such a wonderful place to stay for the week! The condo was decorated very tastefully and was really clean. The appliances were awesome! The condo was open and inviting. We were really pleased at how quiet the condo was, we never heard neighbors or slamming doors. The landscaping was very pretty and the pool/hot tub area was clean and well kept. It was a very peaceful stay for us! We especially loved the convenience of the parking, the walk to the elevator and to the condo door were just a few steps. I usually worry about safety when staying at a strange place, but it was gated, private, and I never worried about security. We loved the fact that we weren't exhausted from walking back and forth! The view was so relaxing and breathtaking to see every morning. I thought I would really like the soaking tub, but the big three head shower took my breath away! I think I would put the shower as my second favorite thing about the condo (besides the convenience and view!). The pictures do not do the view justice! The beach service was such a plus, all we took to the beach was our bag and towels! I liked the fact that the beach was quiet and not crowded and a very easy walk from the condo. The sand was just as described....awesome! Tiffany was a joy to work with, answering all of my questions. Dillon with the beach service was very polite and helpful, too! The condo is located between Navarre Beach and Destin, so it was super easy to get around. I almost want to keep this place a secret from everyone! We will stay here the next time we vacation in Florida!

We had a wonderful time and felt right at home in your beautiful Condo on the Gulf! The view was magnificent, the beach amazing and we loved how close it was to the Ocean. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us. By the way, loved the décor and what a great kitchen. Every room felt comfortable and inviting. We love to travel, and have been to many different places; this definitely stood out as one of our favorite beach vacation spots in Florida! Also Tiffany, thanks for being such a pleasure to work with and for being so accommodating:)

Once again, a wonderful stay at our favorite luxury condo. My wife loves the beach service as I play IRON CHEF preparing vacation delights in the gourmet (did I mention VIKING appliances and a never run out ice maker) kitchen. Quiet luxury with 4th floor view that can't be beat. Terrific owner who is most attentive. Can't wait to get back!
