Cozy, comfortable and clean

Me, my husband and nine yr old son just spent a week at this cottage and were very pleased with the charm and splendor it offered. The view of the lake is beautiful with a shady front area to sit and enjoy. The best part of this cottage is the enclosed front porch with windows that open to catch the breeze. I spent a lot of time there reading and watching the activity on the lake without swatting at the bugs. My son swam in the shallow sandy area by the dock, and we liked having a boatslip to dock our fishing boat. The cabin was very nicely decorated and organized with lots of hooks and shelves to put your belongings. The space is wisely used as it is only 500 sq. feet. I liked the fact that it was a non smoking/no pets cabin so there was no smell of stale smoke and pet odors. There are two windows in each room, except for the bathroom which has one, but on a hot day one can get a nice cross breeze. For the price this cabin was everything we needed and we would recommend this for up to four people. My family all had a nice time there and we would go back again. The west boat launch is about 3 miles south of the cabin, which was conveniently located and there are many good restaurants nearby. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!
