This recently fixed up studio offers a fully equipped kitchen, bath, Cable TV, A/C, a 2 sofa beds (convertible to king size) and a folding bed - sleeps up to 3 persons and is directly located steps from Isla Verde Beach next to ESJ Towers, with close access to the Isla Verde Balneario beach. Enjoy the tropical atmosphere of Puerto Rico with direct access to two of its best beaches, night clubs, shopping, pharmacies, hotels and casinos in the San Juan Area, within walking distance. Also has one parking space for car rentals.

Perfect for couples with added sleeping room for one more person adult or child. Kitchen fully equipped no ridiculous food spenditure. Supermarket about 5 minutes away (by car). Parking space for one car rental. The apt is quiet and breezy.

my boyfriend and I stayed at this condo for 8 days. It was very clean, and was in great location to the beach and in walking distance to eveything you need. the owners were very helpful and friendly. They were willing to do anything to make the stay as comfortable and nice as possible. We would go backto this condo again and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thanks to Michelle and Eddie! You were fantastic!!

The location was great, steps away from the beautiful beach, close to major hotels and casinos, short walk to the restaurants and markets. The owners were very helpful and the rental price was good too!!!

The place was very cozy and right next to the beach. There was a supermarket walking distance from the studio. The owners were very nice and helpful.There were also many places to eat around this location. The place was clean and has a great view of the beach. You can hear the waves at night. It is very relaxing. I highly recommend this studio.
