Comfortably furnished corner villa with expansive views of the ocean and pool. Great location---just a short stroll to the beach, condominium pools, and the Beach & Racquet Club facilities. Equipped with all the comforts of home--even a high speed wireless Internet connection. Corner location means large side windows for extra light and a feeling of greater spaciousness. The living area includes 2 sofas (one a sleeper sofa), and offers cable television with VCR and DVD players, as well as a stereo radio with CD player. For your convenience, there is also a 1/2 bath on this level. And you are sure to enjoy the ocean breeze and great views from the deck! This bright and spacious corner villa was freshly painted June 2011. This will be your dream villa!!!

Bedrooms: Master bedroom features a queen-size bed, cable television with DVD player, attached private bath, and a lovely ocean view. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, an attached private bath and has a peek-a-boo ocean view.

Kitchen : Fully equiped kitchen includes a new (June 2011) stove and refrigerator. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the kitchen area for you convenience. Kitchen also offers a microwave, disposal, dishwasher, blender, and new pull out kitchen faucet.

Harbor Island offers a quiet, natural environment with acres of beautiful marsh, tidal creeks, and over two miles of unspoiled beach. Nearby Hunting Island is a popular state park where much of the maritime forest has been preserved. Hunting Island also has a light house and bike trails. Fourteen miles away is the charming historic town of Beaufort, with antebellum homes and huge live oaks draped in Spanish Moss. Beaufort offers great shopping and dining, horse and buggy tours, and the delightful Waterfront Park on the Intra-coastal Waterway.
