Spectacular high bluff ocean view. 0.4 mile walk to wide, sandy beach. Beautiful three bedroom house built in 2007 sleeps 8-10. Located in Pacific Beach, WA - a 2 1/2 hour drive from Seattle, 3 hours from Portland, 25 minutes north of Ocean Shores. This is the prettiest section of the Washington coast with a windswept forest on a high bluff, looking down on the beach. Awesome sunsets. The house features a large upper deck with wide ocean and sunset view, lower private deck with view, 3 HDTVs with cable programming, wireless high speed Internet, stereo with 4 in-wall speakers, fully stocked kitchen with granite slab and stainless steel appliances, large master suite with double-headed travertine tile shower, dark rich Brazilian cherry wood hardwood floors throughout the house, art glass lighting, ceiling fans, gas fireplace, 2 car garage, laundry room, deck furniture, 1,730 sq. ft.

Pacific Beach sits on the western edge of the Olympic peninsula of Washington state, located 2 1/2 hours from Seattle and 3 hours from Portland, Oregon. This part of the Washington coast and north is wild, beautiful, and uncrowded. Sandy beaches stretch unbroken for 40 miles from the Ocean Shores jetty to Point Grenville on the Quinault Indian reservation. Top attractions: Point Grenville (sandy beach, volcanic beach, seastack rocks offshore, rocks to climb, towering cliffs), Lake Quinault (rent a boat, historic lodge with excellent restaurant, rain forest hike), Copalis Rock area (drive on beach, seastack rock, cliffs, beach airport, river), Grays Harbor YMCA (indoor waterpark), Kalaloch coast and Hoh Rain Forest (famous sights within 2 1/4 hour drive north: gorgeous beaches including Ruby Beach, world's last intact temperate rain forest), Taholah (mouth of Quinault River, Cape Elizabeth rocks, rocky beach with massive driftwood piles, pretty windswept forest).
