Please join us at the luxurious St. Regis Resort for a wonderful vacation. The resort is direct oceanfront and our condo offers unobstructed ocean views from every room. Each bedroom has entry to the balcony, watch the sun rise over the ocean! Relax and watch the dolphins swim by and the pelicans dive. Our beach is family oriented, and has the softest white sand! The kids will enjoy riding the waves on their boogie boards while you walk the miles of uncrowded beach. A fishing pier is just a short distance away. The resort offers a restaurant, fine dining with fantastic ocean views, a convenience store with Everything you need and a gift shop that rents boogie boards, beach chairs, etc.,the outdoor pool has a beach cabana that serves lunch and drinks, with music playing....lots of fun! Bring your laptop, connect in the condo, as well as anywhere in the resort, we're the only wireless resort on the island!

Our newly renovated condo (new windows, doors & balconies) offers a master bedroom with ocean view, a queen size bed, TV and private bath. A second bedroom offers an ocean view, two twin beds and a full bath near by. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy golf, Tennis, Shopping, Restaurants, Kayaking, Boating, Swimming, Surfing, Biking, Fishing, Fitness Center/Gym, Basketball Court, Miniature golf. Watch fishing boats come in with the catch of the day, and try great seafood restaurants. No Smoking Please. New Plasma-TV and DVD player!!

We had a nice relaxing few days in this laid back community (not touristy at all). The unit has a great view of sunrises and the pool and is comfortable. Lynn was very accommodating.

Nice Beach

This rental was clean and comfortable. Nice sized rooms. Bringing linens was a bit of a hassle. Staying right on the beach was very nice. Not much else to do in the area. If stairs are an issue, this one's not for you. Used Dominoe's pizza delivery. Enjoyed Rick's Place for several meals, as well as Sunday afternoon football on the TV screens throughout the restaraunt. I would recommend this rental. The owner was very easy to work with and very helpful. Property is about 45 min to Jacksonville airport as well as Camp LeJeune.

We loved St Regis and Lynn's condo was just perfect for our family of five. Kitchen is really fully equiped and the place was clean. The next best thing is that you are on the beach. We could whatch the kids from the balcony swimming in the ocean and on a rainy day enjoy the indoor pool. Lynn is prompt to responding back and we would plan a next trip.

We have enjoyed our stay very much, the condo is well situated, clean, very comfortable and well designed. As far as we are concerned, Topsail island is so beautifull, it's surely the Eastern seabord's hidden treasure, it's best kept secret. It's long uncrowded beaches, great food and friendly people make it an excellent vacation spot.
