Panama City Beach Vacation Rental house

We just spend 7 nights at this house and it was awsome. Within 5 minutes to new Pier Park and just steps from the private beach. Pool was huge and kids had a ball. Very private and plenty of parking.

We just reserved for next year !

We brought our Church Youth Group for a youth conference in Panama City Beach and this was an awesome house to stay at. It was big enough for all of us with room to spare. We had an AWESOME time in the house. It was greatly located close to our youth conferences that we needed to attend to and it was also greatly located to all of the shops, not to mention the great PRIVATE beach right across the street!!! The pool was also a great hit with all of the kids. I would also recommend spending the 4th of July on the beach because you can see fireworks for miles down the beach. It was beautiful.

With a little TLC, this house could be one of the best houses on the beach and I truly mean that. The size is awesome and the location is top notch, without question. Less than 5 minutes from shops, dining, and entertainment!!!

I will definitely be contacting you again in the future to rent it again.

The cottage home has recently gone under some renovations so the floors were brand new as well as some of the bathrooms. The owners nmentioned the fact that it had been updated and repairs had recently been made. We really enjoyed the property as well as the pool which had been cleaned and was sparkeling blue just as the ocean. The home is located right across the street from the beach (literally a stones throw away). Overall we had a fantastic time in the laid back beachy getaway!!!! :)
