Main (second) floor: Kitchen w/granite island & 3 bar stools plus dining alcove (seats 6), stone counters. gas range, high speed internet, TV, fireplace . Master bedroom w/Queen sleigh bed, bureau and and 27 inch TV. Full bath W / washer / dryer, small balcony / deck.
Top Floor: Bedroom with (2) twin beds, small bureau, flatPanel TV. Loft study with additional twin 'day' bed and night stand. Large full bath with tiled floor and walls, plus walk-in closet w/harbor views.
