Fantastic Halloween Fun!!!

Went with a group of friends - two of whom had never experienced P'town - nor the experience of renting a condo. Upon first entering the courtyard, you know you are not in an ordinary, run of the mill, rental!!! Rather owners are sharing an opportunity to share in beauty, comfort, and a personal experience of "home away from home". From the well appointed kitchen and eating area, to the more than comfortable relaxation living area and TV/Music/Movie center - with exceptional art work...you immediately enter in a sense of welcome, relaxation, and a fun place to be and share with others! The well appointed bedrooms - with exceptionally comfortable pillows and bedding...to the well designed bathroom - this is truly a place to enjoy yourself, your family, your friends - and of course Provincetown. Have no fear of having to walk far....you are just moments from galleries, restaurants, bars, and the over-all Ptown experience.
To say that we enjoyed our experience would be limiting ourselves...we had a blast - and throughout our experience...had a comforable, clean, easily located "home away from home" experience with this home!! I'd more than encourage you to experience at least a weekend....but in all truth you will not want to leave! Have fun and enjoy!!

Great place!

The condo is in a great location, very accessible to nice dinners, great walks, overall fun times; while still providing an extremely comfortable, relaxing and quiet space when you want to retreat. We found the space immaculate and very well equipped with anything and everything we needed. Very spacious and a great find. To be honest, the owners are a bit modest for not bragging a bit more on how nice it is. The owners were extremely easy to work with and made the entire transaction and subsequently the vacation...exactly that, a real vacation, no fuss... The garden is beautiful! Beyond the condo, Ross's Grill (in Whaler's Wharf), Victor's (on Bradford), are 2 of our favorite restuarant/bars. Hope to return to this location again in the future and would definitely recommend to friends and family. If renting a bike, Ptown bikes-on Bradford-was excellent.

The perfect location!

We LOVED staying close to town but away from the hustle and bustle. The condo was elegant, but very warm and welcoming. Our group of six had plenty of room in the living room and on the beautiful patio to relax, eat, and visit. A real bonus was that the entrance to the beach is right across the street so we spent an afternoon soaking up the sun and swimming without having to drive anywhere! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back.

Funtastic Fourth of July Experience

We had a great time at this great property. The condo is packed full of everything you need for a fun stay -- including beach towels & umbrellas!

We spent a great deal of time of the remarkable patio. It is set back just enough from the street to enjoy the company of friends, yet allows social interaction with passers by.

I invited my cousins along which I had not seen in a very long time. We drank a little too much, cried a little, shoped, sat on the patio, barbequed, and reconnected -- the things that a great life is made of.

Thanks Larry & Charlie - you both were most accomodating and made the transaction a breeze.

We hope to visit again next year.
