115 Brooks is in the center of it all. Its only a block to the beach, and an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the famous Venice boardwalk. This fine home also boasts a rooftop deck with a 360 view of LA including views of the glittering Pacific ocean. The deck also has a jacuzzi and a large daybed for sunning in the warm California sun.
