St Pete Beach Vacation Rental condo

This condo was wonderful. We were renting for the first time and I was very impressed, especially with the master bathroom. The dishwasher was convenient to have. The extra towels came in handy also. Our 11month old went with us for five days, so we had to baby proof the place but that wasn't much to do. The park is very close and shady, our son loved it. Also, there is the Kiwanis sprayground(waterpark) at the Dunedin Commuity Center about 20 miles away that is free and our son just loved it. There is also a small waterpark type place with a pool with slides at the community center in front of the police department that is reasonably priced behind the Sweetbay grocery store less than a mile away. The pool at the condo is also very nice and always at a comfortable temperature. We did not want to leave. We will definitely be renting this condo again next year. The price allowed us go to a buccaneers game.

My family and I had the privilege of staying at Parkside from May 30 - June 6th. I cannot see why anyone would want anything else! The condo is like a home away from home. The unit itself is very well decorated and furnished and it has a incredible kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms.Great pool also!
The total experience was perfect and I would highly recommend it. Karen is a great person to deal with and everything I was told was correct. We will miss the condo and St. Pete's but we will be back.

We are just finishing our second stay at Parkside and are sorry to say goodbye. We love staying here and have already booked our visit for next year.

The condo is very spacious and tastefully decorated. I love the kitchen. How I wish my kitchen at home was this well designed - a cook's dream! However, if cooking is not your thing, there are many great restaurants in the area, including several within walking distance.

Karen is an honest and attentive landlord: the pictures on the internet reflect exactly what you get: great accommodation at a very reasonable price! When something needed attention, Karen had it dealt with the same day - no muss, no fuss.

The pool area is very nice. There always seem to be a gentle breeze and the pool is clean and comfortably heated. We spent some time there almost everyday.

We found the location ideal. It is just a short walk to the Gulf Beach or the Intracoastal in a very safe neighbourhood. There are tennis courts across the street, next to a small little league baseball park; it was great fun to watch adorable little kids play.

The condo is well situated for sightseeing: an hour's drive in any direction gets you to Dunedin, Tampa or Sarasota where there are lots of sports and cultural events. Of course St. Petersburg itself has lots to see and do and is only 20 minutes away.
