This 4 bedroom, 2 bath Cape style house is located at 174 Berwick Road. The house has just been completely renovated and furnished with cottage style décor and sleeps up to 8 very comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom (tub / shower combination) on each of the 2 floors. There is a living room off of the eat in kitchen that is complete with cable TV, DVD player and stereo. The eat in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the back deck and side screened in porch. The deck has an outdoor gas grill and a table and chairs. There are hardwood floors throughout. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. The front driveway can accommodate parking for 2+ cars. All blankets, pillows, bath towels and linens are provided. The house is a 5 minute walk to the shops and a 10 minute walk to the main beach.

Beautiful white sand Ogunquit Beach is just a short walk from the house.
Walk the famous Marginal Way from town to Perkin’s Cove. It’s a beautiful shoreline walk at any time of the day. You’ll want to take advantage of watching the sunset or sunrise over the ocean while sitting on one of the many benches along the path.
Shops and restaurants are located minutes from the house. You can park your car at the house and not use it for your entire stay! The restaurants are some of the best on the East Coast. There is wide range of choices for casual or fine dining. Pick up sandwiches at “Fancy That” and head to the beach for the day or enjoy a drink and a show tune at “The Front Porch”. There is a wide variety of shops to keep you busy once the sun goes down or before you head to the beach. You’ll want to stop by “On the Main” for an Ogunquit keepsake of your vacation.
