1 Bedroom / 1 Bath / Sleeps 4 - WiFi in Unit

Renovated again and maintained thruout the year. Absolutely delightful Gulf Front with amazing views and sunsets. On the 6th floor at Estero Beach & Tennis. WiFi is in the unit.

Beachfront .. simply walk thru the sandbar and be on the beach, or take the sandy path and watch the wildlife on your stroll to the beach.

This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit is all open, with a sliding door to close off the living area. The bedroom has a king size bed and two windows overlooking the Gulf and beach. Sleeps 4.

The living area has a queen size sofa bed, reading chair and lamp, 37' HDTV with cable, DVD and stereo with CD.

The kitchen has granite counters, all appliances, including dishwasher, and is fully- equipped with dinnerware service for 8. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.

Everything is provided for your stay and comfort: Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, books, movies, games-everything

Location..Location..Location...Estero Beach & Tennis Club is at the south end of the island, in an ideal location, across the street from Santini Plaza.(restaurants, shops, etc.) Walking distance to restaurants, 7-11, movie theater and golf. The 4 clay tennis courts are well-maintained, and free to guests. The swimming pool is heated, has sitting areas, lounge chairs, and barbecue grills. On-site laundry rooms. While on your balcony watch the dolphins frolic or watch the beautiful wildlife in the morning in the lagoon. (binoculars provided) In the evening, the sunset is breathtaking.

The island offers jet ski rentals, boat rentals, dolphin tours, para sailing, golf, fishing, ferries to The Keys and a casino boat. Close by is Naples, Marco Island, Sanibel and Captiva, The Everglades, sports arena, outlet shopping.

Lover's Key State Park is 1 mile away, the trolley stops 1 block from the building and Times Square is 4 miles, take the trolley for 25 cents a ride.

Dear Diane, "We had a wonderful time-the accommodations were wonderful. We appreciate all the extra things you did, gift card, information in the condo, follow up call when we checked in, etc. We found everything we needed during our stay. It was great to have a full kitchen with so many utensils and things you'd expect to find in your home! We couldn't have been happier. Thank you again for all you did to make our vacation a true pleasure!!

What can I say, a slice of heaven!

We loved our stay at your Condo! It was clean and well decorated and had everything you could want for a week's vacation! We sat out on the deck and watched the dolphins swim on the beach or the pink flamingos in the Estuary. It couldn't have been more relaxing! There is plenty to do from walking down to the beach or heading down to the pier for something to eat. We loved being able to walk to the Holiday Inn Tiki Bar on the beach for some coconut shrimp. And if we didn't want to go anywhere, we could just relax at the pool! We rented a boat for a day and cruised the bay and saw stingrays, manatees and a sea turtle! We stopped at a private beach and saw the most shells in one place that I have ever seen as well as a starfish. We had dolphins swim right by the boat!! This is a camera buffs dream; there are so many things to take pictures of! Thanks for a great time! We can't wait to go back!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
