You're Going To Love Staying Here. Direct GULF FRONT. Renovated and maintained throughout the year - Breathtaking Sunsets and Amazing Views . At Estero Beach & Tennis, on the 6th floor. NEW: WIRELESS INTERNET IN UNIT and all new windows, balcony doors and screens. This is a 1 bed/1 bath efficiency (sleeps 4) all open, with sliding door to close off the bedroom. King size bedroom with 2 windows overlooking the Gulf with king size bed. The living room has a queen size sofa bed, 37 inch Flat Panel HDTV, Cable, DVD and stereo with CD, The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 8, new appliances with dishwasher and built-in microwave. Everything is provided for your stay: beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, books movies, games and binoculars to watch the dolphin and wildlife from the balcony.

Location..Location..Location...Estero Beach & Tennis Club is at the south end of the island, in an ideal location, across the street from Santini Plaza.(restaurants, shops, etc.) Walking distance to restaurants, 7-11, movie theater and golf. The 4 clay tennis courts are well-maintained, and free to guests. The swimming pool is heated, has sitting areas, lounge chairs, and barbecue grills. On-site laundry rooms. While on your balcony watch the dolphins frolic or watch the beautiful wildlife in the morning in the lagoon. (binoculars provided) In the evening, the sunset is breathtaking. The island offers jet ski rentals, boat rentals, dolphin tours, para sailing, golf, fishing, ferries to The Keys and a casino boat. Close by is Naples, Marco Island, Sanibel and Captiva, The Everglades, sports arena, outlet shopping. Lover's Key State Park is 1 mile away, the trolley stops 1 block from the building and Times Square is 4 miles, take the trolley for 25 cents a ride.

What can I say, a slice of heaven!

We loved our stay at your Condo! It was clean and well decorated and had everything you could want for a week's vacation! We sat out on the deck and watched the dolphins swim on the beach or the pink flamingos in the Estuary. It couldn't have been more relaxing! There is plenty to do from walking down to the beach or heading down to the pier for something to eat. We loved being able to walk to the Holiday Inn Tiki Bar on the beach for some coconut shrimp. And if we didn't want to go anywhere, we could just relax at the pool! We rented a boat for a day and cruised the bay and saw stingrays, manatees and a sea turtle! We stopped at a private beach and saw the most shells in one place that I have ever seen as well as a starfish. We had dolphins swim right by the boat!! This is a camera buffs dream; there are so many things to take pictures of! Thanks for a great time! We can't wait to go back!!
