Luxury accommodations, a spectacular gulf-front view, and beautiful sunsets await your arrival in our air conditioned condominium at Grandview West. Luxury begins with a spacious floor plan, 1492 sq. ft. with a 172 sq. ft. balcony. Our sixth floor unit has been professionally decorated using a Nantucket color palette. The spacious master suite has a king bed with custom bed covering, sliding glass door to the balcony and a jetted tub in the adjoining master bath. Our second bedroom has a queen bed and adjoins a large second bathroom. Bedroom # 3 has a double bed. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. You'll find granite counter tops and a fully equipped kitchen & stainless steel appliances. The living room and all bedrooms have TVs and DVD players. We also have a full size washer and dryer. Non-smoking unit. No pets. On site check-in, Daily Beach Set-up: '4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas included', Daily complementary DVD's, Fitness room, Heated pool.*

Dear Pauline,
My family and I had a wonderful time at Panama City Beach. You and your husband's condo met every expectation we had hoped for. The furnishings were very nice. One thing that impressed me was the beds, and how the master bed slept. Most of the time the mattresses are pretty worn. This one was exceptionally nice and firm. I travelled for 11 years with a company out of New Jersey and experienced every kind of uncomfortable bed one could sleep on.
The furnishings were very nice. The view was absolutely beautiful. My family and I will contact you on our next trip to PCB. Thanks for being so nice and understanding. You and your husband are wonderful people. We would recommend your condo to anyone that would want to contact us.

Beautiful property/Great value

Thank you so much for your attention to detail! I have to say this was the best condo for the value I've stayed at. The rooms were beautifully decorated. I was never lacking something I needed in the kitchen. My daughter was thrilled to find a hand juicer and we bought key limes (don't have them in TX) and made key lime pie. The blender worked great. Nice quality. We made some great smoothies!
The bedding was comfortable and plentiful. Very nice to have a full size washer & dryer. Nice balcony area & seating. We were very pleased with the unit. I would definitely stay there again as I think it was a great value.

Great Experience Great Price

This condo can be described in one word "Outstanding".
It's large, decorated beautifully, comfortable and looks just like the photos on the website. We felt at home right after arriving for our first 2 week stay. Since then we have rented it again several times.

It's location is ideal for shopping, entertainment and dining. The owners of the property went out of their way to make certain that our stay is alway perfect. They are warm friendly people truly interested in their guests.

I'd recomment this condo and it's owners to anyone.
