This large condominium is located on Kendrick Avenue and overlooks Mayo Beach. Beautiful views of the harbor and a minute walk to the beach, tennis courts, playground, ball field, town pier, and restaurants make your location one of the best in Wellfleet. We are just about a mile from town with its quaint charm and fine galleries. Chequesett Golf Club is also a favorite spot just a short drive down the road. Wellfleet has its ocean beaches about 10 minutes away and beautiful ponds for swimming, boating, and fishing. This ideal Cape town is one of only a few that can say it is Cape Cod like it used to be.

Wellfleet is noted for its fine seafood, beautiful harbor, quaint little town center, numerous ponds, Cape Cod Bay on the south side, and the Atlantic Ocean on the east side. It is located near the tip of Cape Cod and the town of Provincetown. Our condominium is next to the town recreation field and tennis courts. The golf club just a mile away reminds people of the courses in old Scotland. For art lovers Wellfleet galleries are close by. Enjoy a nice walk to town and even cross Uncle Tim's Bridge to get a different view of Duck Creek. If the ocean is for you, you'll love the waves, and fishermen will enjoy their sport at what Wellfleeters call the 'Back Shore'. After swimming in the salt water, refresh yourself with a dip in one of the clear, crystal fresh water ponds. Wellfleet is the best kept secret on Cape Cod.

Additional information about rental rates

  • To reserve your rental unit please send a deposit of 50%. All rates include cleaning service.
  • An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. This advance payment will be applied toward the room rental. A security /damage deposit of $200 will also be required with the initial deposit. The balance of rent is due one month before your arrival date. Cancellations, made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. If the unit is rented by another party, a full refund will be given.
  • We accept PayPal (only credit card method), cashier's check, or personal check. Please allow time for personal checks to clear the bank. At that time confirmation will be sent.

Notes: Remodeled Kitchen in 2008. New carpeting in 2009. We have a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. It is best to bring your own cleaning supplies. No towels, sheets or pillow cases are provided. Blankets, pillows and bed covers are provided. There are 2 air-conditioning units built in upstairs. There are fans downstairs. Since we are at the beach, we generally have nice bay breezes that provide cross-ventilation when front and back windows are open. This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed. Cleaning service is provided prior to your arrival. Renters must clean dishes and utensils and store them as found upon arrival. All trash must be put in outside bins. A town playground is next door and tennis is provided for a fee. Oliver's clay tennis courts are on Route 6. Town recreation programs are held during the week. We have an outdoor charcoal grill available for your use.

Activities Nearby: We are located approximately one mile from Chequesset Golf Club. Daily greens fees vary depending upon the season. If you enjoy the links course environment, you will enjoy Chequesset. This is where I started playing when I was young. Loved playing there. We walk across to the warm water Mayo Beach. We have a safe 2 minute walk to the beach. Our guests enjoy the evening walk to the Bookstore Restaurant and the theatre nearby. The town playground, with recreation facilities including tennis courts, is adjacent to our condominium.

Great location! We stayed at this sweet condo - my 2 teenagers loved it because they had their own space on the 2nd floor - which included 2 bedrooms, a family room w/ tv, a separate entrance and a full bath! Nice updated kitchen as well.Mayo beach is just across the street! Loved going to the pier to get ice cream or watch the fishing boats. Wonderful time - You won't be disappointed!
