Families welcome to an ideally located house in Plymouth, NH. Conveniently located off I-93 between the Lakes Region and the White Mountains. Located on Tenney Mountain, triple-chair lift, out the front door. Newly constructed free standing condo completed in 2007. Nicely furnished featuring beautiful kitchen, four bedrooms, four and 1/2 baths, den, laundry room, central a/c, large deck, two car garage under. Spacious and comfortable for two families to enjoy together. Renter will need to bring their own sheets. Non-smoking home. Sorry no pets. Friday - Friday Rental (will consider other dates, based on scheduling). MANY WEEKS / WEEKENDS AVAIL.

The property was found to be new and in excellent condition, although the newness meant that some of the finishing touches had not yet been completed. The highlight of the home had to be the kitchen, which is a chef's dream come true.

One drawback was the need to bring our own linens and towels. We have advised the owners that we would be happy to pay more in order to return home without five loads of wash to do. Nevertheless, we would be very happy to rent this property again. In fact, we are querying the owners about a summer rental in 2008.
