Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location! The property was centrally located to many restaurants, things to do, and shopping. Everything in the condo was great! I definitely will be back.

Overall it was good

Long story short we ran into some isssues( the fridge was broken which my partner had to take apart and fix among other issues) and the manager on duty, there is only 1 was quick to solving the issues. Other than that the pool is beautiful on the property and the beach was amazing however the gate to the beach they pad lock it around 10:30pm which we didn't know about and had to climb the fence with both our girls.Also, if you are a smoker, you have to go off the property to smoke. No smoking what so ever om the balcony or the parking lot. Over all it was good.

Not good last time staying at sterling shores

Upon arrival i found floor smelling disgusting and also a floor mat was very old and smelled bad. Appliances are very old, this apartment needs an update ASAP. Also found mold inside microwave I stopped using it . Overall not a good experience.

Updates needed badly!!

The carpet, rug, and furniture were tremendously worn. The sofa was very uncomfortable, dirty and sunken in due to age and quality. The linens and pillows on the bed need to be retired. This condo was a disappointment.

Okay…

The condo itself was clean and accommodating. The property on the other hand was not. The maintenance crew lock the gate to the beach access before they left for the evening and security told us they couldn’t unlock it. Then the following morning, a long line of guest stood waiting for the pool to be opened after 9:00am. While the gentleman cleaning it, acted as if he did not see anyone. Oh and forget getting a pool chair. If you’re not there when the pool opens, you’re out of luck. The tiki bar if you want to call it that, had beer! No mixed or frozen alcoholic drinks. Oh and did I mention only 1 elevator was working? Yeah that too..
