Vacation from hell

From the day we moved in with a broken lock that they didn’t fix when they said they were going to fix it so our things were in our room unlocked from about 4 o’clock in the afternoon until 8 o’clock at night when we returned and called to complain that it hadn’t been fixed yet. It had been broken by Sterling Shores Maintenance man. The day and a half later the kitchen sink fell out and down breaking pipes. We couldn’t use the sink or the dishwasher for 2 1/2 days until they got it fixed. They only refunded us for two days not 2 1/2.

I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful condo. The rental agency handled everything with professionalism. The exterior and interior specs were kept very nicely.

Awesome place

The place was clean and the location was perfect. The pool and beach were just a short walk away, restaurants and shops also a few miles away. Highly recommended it.

Good location

We enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location and condo was clean. Sterling Shores property was so nice and well maintained. The only negative were the beds. They were very uncomfortable, especially in small second bedroom.
