Your family will enjoy this sunny and bright beach house, which sits across a small neighborhood street to the Gulf of Mexico and one of America's top beaches.

Only steps away is the private gated entrance to white powder sandy shore and crystal clear water. Home has a tropical feel with Italian tile floors, ceiling fans and central air. The garden in back is fenced for privacy and has lush plantings. Sit in the sunshine for morning coffee or on the screened patio and listen to the birds.

A large grocery store/bakery/deli is nearby. Catch the beach trolley 3 blocks away to tour all the beach activities. Boating, dolphin cruises, parasailing, and even a pirate ship await you. Restaurants for fine or casual dining are abundant. Enjoy fried shrimp, grouper and stone crabs.

Take your favorite drink across the street and enjoy the fabulous sunsets every evening. Stroll the shoreline north to Caladesi Island State Park, a natural Florida island. This is what you dream of for your best relaxing and fun beach vacation!

About Ann

It has been my pleasure to introduce our guests to beautiful Clearwater Beach, FL over the past 11 years. My children and grandchildren love to visit the beach. Now other families can enjoy seeing their children get to know 'real' amusement--building sand castles, looking for sea shells and playing in the gentle surf of the Gulf of Mexico!

Why Ann chose Clearwater Beach

The only purpose of Clearwater Beach is to have FUN! There is everything here to do just that. The beach has been ranked as one of the top best beaches in America. The neighborhood is only beach houses with a good mix of the 50's style houses and mega-mansions.

What makes this house unique

We strive to make each of the beach houses seem just like a 'Home Away From Home' for our guests. We want their vacation to be a special experience and we hope they take away many happy memories. This home has a private, fenced tropical garden which is perfect for sun-bathing. There is also a gas grill for cooking dinner.

True beach cottage!

We absolutely loved the beach house! It was perfect for us, everything we needed was there, the house was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The beach was so nice and quiet while the Clearwater public beach was nuts! We walked to Caladesi/Honeymoon Island State Park - my favorite place in FL and saved about $50 vs riding the ferry. I am looking forward to returning to the cottage. Thank you Ann for calling to make sure everything was good, my hubby didn't have much to say because everything was JUST RIGHT ;-) Thank you again!

We had a wonderful experience at the Yellow Flower House. The house was warm and inviting and very clean. I would recommend this house for anyone looking for a more laid back vacation - its in a great neighborhood - a few steps to the beach. I especially enjoyed being away from the main stream of traffic and enjoying a more home like feeling. I hope to stay there again someday. :)))

After our drive from Tennesse we were thrilled to find such a clean and comfortable beach house waiting for us. All of the kids enjoyed the beach and riding the beach trolley. It was very convenient location and the beach was the best! The teenagers went down to the "city" beach but decided they enjoyed our beach more as it was not crowded. They walked up to Caladesi Island one day and took the ferry over to Honeymoon Island. We loved the house and plan to return!

Your beach house was perfect for having my son's wedding at the beach. The sunset wedding at the beach and then the reception in the back garden was everything we had wished for. Thanks also for letting me bring my little white poodle! I will tell all my friends how comfortable and perfect you home was!
