The BEST place to stay in the whole of Jamaica

We have stayed at Miss P's place twice now, and plan to return as soon as time allows.
If you need to slow down, get back to nature a little, eat some healthy and delicious food and be around some of the most wonderful people on this planet, I would advise you to book right away. Miss P's place is a tonic for the soul and the senses.
Photographs cannot capture the real beauty of this place. It is a delightful home to be in, tastefully and artistically decorated and furnished, without being grand, or the kind of place you are afraid to kick back in.
A day here :
Wake early to sit on the porch and watch the pelicans fly across the bay. Tiptoe down to the beach, a textbook crescent of white and azure, and have a swim, or go for a quick snorkel from Errol's boat. All is quiet.
Return home and find two smiling ladies cooking breakfast. This may be the freshest OJ, really good coffee and fruits. Follow this up with ackee and saltfish and dumplings, all freshly prepared moments before. All of this will be taken on the porch so you can gaze at the incredible view and watch the humming birds busy in the tree right next to you.
No need to lift a finger here, but we liked to help do the dishes and chat. Miss Becky will give you the low down on what is going on, but she knows when to leave you in peace and pop up with some amazing smoothie just when you think you might like one !
If you need a lazy holiday, you can simply relax by the pool or the beautiful beach. All is peaceful here. At some point in the morning a fisherman will drop by and offer you his wares, all caught that morning and jump in the pan fresh. It is very hard to resist him Lobster will never taste as good again.
There are plenty of things to do in the area - the humming bird feeding station should not be missed. Have you ever been so close to one that you can feel the breeze from his wings ? The plethora of great houses are unmissable and a shopping trip to Duncans is a must. The natural beauty of Jamaica is an experience in itself.
When you return from your day, or come to sundowner time, Miss Becky will have prepared your meal.It will be fabulous and better than anything you'll eat at the local five star hotels. Real Jamaican food. Paradise.
The evenings are a treat. Sit with your toes in the sand and hear the sea rushing in, and drink a great cocktail, chat and have not a care in the world
All is peaceful here. It is sublime. You are in Jamaica and at Miss P's !
