Just 4 blocks to the Ocean Rd Wall. Walk or bike to Narragansett town beach. Very private 2000 + sq ft. 2 Story Ranch. 4 bedroom & 2 full baths. Walk out to wrap around deck from kitchen looking out on large wooded corner lot. Beautiful new patio and landscaping. Cathedral ceilings.

Great Room with wood burning fireplace, laundry room, beach passes. Full security system. Park the car, and leave the linens, kitchenware, and furnishings to us. Enjoy family and friends with short 2 block strolls to restaurants, shopping, and theatre, and leave the hassles behind.

Available for URI School Year 12/13 Credit Check, Deposit, and Lease Required

Welcome and thanks for staying with us. 2011 was our third season owning Kinsale West and we are extremely proud and excited on selling out again. We completely rebuilt the lower level with the spring flood and it came out great. Added hardwood floors; french doors to the yard with full screening. Major improvement. We also rebuilt and expanded the porch to improve the seating and the overall look.

We plan to stay every summer and have set the house up as our home. The solitude of the property and its beautiful yard & woods, combined with the proximity to the Pier and Town beach sold us and we are sure it'll sell you as well!

Great town for biking. Good mix of kid and adult facilities. Bike, kayak, canoe and scuba rentals one block away! Miniature golf, roller blading, go-carts a mile away. Nearby Golf courses. Newport in only a half hour; Foxwood and Mohegan Sun Casinos only an hour away
