Cook your meals in the fully equipped kitchen with Granite counter tops, Side-by-Side Refrigerator with Water/Ice Maker and Microwave. The Bunk Bed area sleeps two additional guests. The unit is also equipped with a Washer/Dryer.

The Gulf-Front 17th Floor Balcony has Breathtaking Views of the White Sugar Sand Beach and beautiful Sunsets. This condo is even prettier than the pictures posted. It is immaculate, up-to-date, and comfortable. The whole resort is well maintained and kept up to date. There is also excellent security and I felt confident going to the fitness area at 9:00 p.m. by myself.
Linda is helpful, easy to work with and very sweet! I needed to call her with a question during our stay and she returned my call immediately and made herself very accessible.
The view from the balcony was amazing! There are just no words...
I would definately recommend this condo to anyone else. We hope to return soon!

This is exactly what is described these are true picture of the place too. VERY CLEAN!! The whole resort is well maintained and kept up to date.
Linda is very nice to work with in arranging to rent this for vacation. Couldn't have rented a better place anywhere.
The king size bed was VERY comfortable. And it is nice and quiet in the condo, I never did know if we had neigbors.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO ANYONE THAT APPRECIATES AN UPDATE PLACE TO STAY !!!! Thank You Linda

Great facility and great room

The room and facility was perfect for my three kids and myself. It is close enough to Pier Park that I walked to it, and has many other nearby options. Everything was clean and well kept. The staff at the facility were very courteous and helpful. The only downfall to the experience was going at the time we did, none of the pools were heated up yet, but the wonderful beach gave us all the sun, sand and water we needed. I rented directly from the owner and they were more than helpful in everything. I would highly recommend this room and facility to anyone.

This condo was great! The owner is very nice and easy to work with and very sweet! I would definately recommend this condo to anyone else. The view from the balcony was spectactular and the pools were a pleasant temperature, my daughters favorite pool was the kiddy pool, of course! I just wish it would have been closer to the beach, they have 3 pools...there is a beachfront pool but it is closer suited to people who can swim or are tall enough. If you are looking for a great condo at a great price then look no further, cause this is it! If you are trying to decide between a couple different condos I would definately pick this one!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
