Our large, three level townhouse has beautiful mountain views and is just minutes from North Conway center and a two minute walk to the White Mountain National Forest. The upper level has two full baths and two spacious bedrooms, each with queen beds. The lower level has a futon sofa, comfy chairs, a queen/twin bunk bed, and Cable TV. Perfect for the kids and teens. The main level has a large kitchen, island seating for four, and dining area for four. The comfortable living area has new furniture, gas fireplace, cable TV/DVD, and sliders to a deck with lovely views. With a heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, and picnic area, this is four-season retreat.

Hiking, cross country skiing and snowmobile trails lead from our deck to Echo Lake and Cathedral Ledge. Our vacation home is a two-minute walk from the White Mountain National Forest. All the area attractions including Storyland, Mount Washington Auto Road, and Pinkham Notch are just a short drive. Canoe, kayak, fish, and swim in the beautiful Saco River. Skiing and snowboarding are winter favorites at Attitash/Bear Peak, Wildcat, Mt. Cranmore, Black Mountain, and Bretton Woods. Stroll and shop lovely North Conway Village, or enjoy hundred of name brand outlets just minutes down the road.

Disappointed with the stay

I arrived at this condo on December 29th 2012 and stayed until January 1st 2013. The leasing company was very easy to find and gave great directions. The size of the property inside was nice. The location and area was nice. The downstairs where the bunk beds are is not so nice. We didn't even go down there because the walls looked so beat up. The whole condo could use some updating including the kitchen and some paint on the walls.

Only one burner worked on the gas stove and we had to call to get the fireplace fixed, which was done promptly. The kitchen pots and pans were all scraped up at the bottom and the teflon was coming off. We cooked eggs in a giant pot which you would cook pasta in.

The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. They were rock solid and like sleeping on a hard wood floor. When coming home from skiing I want to sleep in something comfortable and these were not. I would not stay here again and for the price I would have expected more based on other places I have stayed / rented in North Conway
