Ski access: Walking access to and from Peak 8 or use the shuttle.
Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $350 + tax that will be applied to your rental.
The refundable damage deposit is $1000.00 and will be collected in advance.
