Townhome, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Enjoy a 2000+ square foot, two story town home with 3 bedroom suites, two balconies, two screened in porches, and access to the Gulf (walking distance on the property) in one of the oldest and most prestigious condominium locations in Destin. This is a gated community that provides 24 hour security.

This fully equipped town house comes with a complete kitchen, yet accessible to a wide range of local restaurants. The heated pool is less than 100 feet away, and includes tennis courts, a physical fitness center, and shuffleboard. Shoreline Towers also has access to Destin's infamous beaches.

The back yard has an enclosed screened in porch which borders a small lake separated by a grassy area. Another screened in porch is off the kitchen area and opens into a small walled in garden area. There is a downstairs bedroom (which may be construed as a "master on the main" with two additional bedrooms (and bathrooms) upstairs with their own balconies. A washer and dryer is available for your use.

We stayed at this listing from 8/10 to 8/15 2010. I must say it was wonderful! The unit was very clean and looked just as the pictures showed. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy as well as was boat parking. We will be booking this unit every year for the poker run. Thanks so much!
