1 bedroom (king size bed), 1 queen size sofa sleeper, 1 bathroom. sleeps 4.

Our beautiful condo complex has available two heated pools, two tennis courts, BBQ areas, boardwalk along the water, private fishing pier, boat dockage available for rent if available, private beach access less than 4 minutes away. There are about 30 golf courses within 30 minutes by car, and 3 courses within 10 minutes. There is also bike rentals available 5 minutes away And of course beautiful views all around. Our unit has washer and dryer in the unit, full kitchen, bath towels, etc. All you need is your suitcase.

The condo and surrounding complex were far beyond our expectations; well furnished and in top shape. Our family loved The pools and tennis courts. The neighbors are very friendly and quiet. The view of the bay from the condo is breath-taking. We often saw dolphins along the causeway. The island has plenty of nice shops and restaurants. I can't say enough. We felt very fortunate to be there. Let us know if you ever decide to sell! Sanibel Island and this condo are like a dream. Much better than our time in Panama City, Destin areas.
