We stayed at the house for the fiesta bowl. Checked in on 12/31/2012 the pool was not heated to 70 degrees like they said, in fact heater was not even on. It was at 50 degrees the whole time we were there so we couldn't swim. Tried to call in and get maintenance there and no one would respond, granted it was new years day, so no biggie. The fireplace did not work, and I would say the pictures on line are probably from when everything was new, wasn't the cleanest when we checked in.House is very close to a busy road, heard lots of sirens. After all that I was very happy with the house. The last night we were there my nephew got the stomach flu and threw up in his bed, we immediatly pulled the sheets and washed them in the washer. The next morning when we were leaving housekeeping showed up and we were kind enough to tell her about the flu because 3 others caught it that same night. Told her to clean extra well to prevent the next group from catching it. Got home and they never refunded my deposit. I emailed the manager with no response just like when we were there about the pool and fireplace. So I called in and he said excess cleaning and they were keeping my deposit. Said he would get back to me and never has and its been almost a month, and he won't answer or email back. So whatever you do don't fall into the trap of loosing your deposit.
