This beautiful beachfront condo has just been remodeled in Mexican style, with modern amenities. This 1450 square foot condo is located right on Los Muertos Beach, the best swimming beach in Puerto Vallarta, where the Rio Cuale River enters Banderas Bay. This charming area is also known as Old Town or Zona Romantica. The living room opens onto a large terrace and a breathtaking and completely unobstructed view of the entire Banderas Bay. You will be right on the beach with restaurants, shops, galleries, and nightlife within just a few blocks of our front door.

The terrace is ideal for watching the dolphins and whales in the Bay, as well as the “fishing” pelicans and terns. The beach also offers parasailing, fishing excursions, whale watching tours, banana boat rides, snorkeling, and bay cruises. You will be so close to anything you might want or need (including a supermarket two blocks away), there is really no need for a cab or rental car. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is a five minute walk along the newly constructed extension to the famous Malecon (waterfront walkway).

Notes: Villas Vista del Sol has a strong reputation as the best kept and managed condominium complex located on Los Muertos Beach. You'll have 24 hour security, a very large heated roof top pool, an excellent restaurant on the beach (which also offers room service and rooftop pool service), and palapas directly in front of the building with food and bar service. Washer and dryer facilities are located in the building for your personal use, and six day-a-week maid service is included. You also will have Internet service in the lobby. Our condo has two air-conditioners, four ceiling fans, three phones (with answering machine), and three satellite TVs (much of which is in English) along with two DVD players. You also will have a CD player in the living room.

Wonderful Condo!!! Awesome location right on Los Muertos beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, groceries..don't need a cab.
Condo is spacious and the owner provides everything you need: towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies. Comfortable beds, terrific security, full kitchen. Very casual and comfortable place tastefully decorated. We loved it!!! The owner is a pleasure to deal with and wants you to enjoy your stay. We are absolutely coming back!
