This charming waterview cottage sits on a property with 2 homes on 7.5 acres, each spaced for privacy. The cottage is nearly atop a hill with sweeping views of the Elizabeth Islands and Vineyard Sound and boasts one of the best north shore views on Martha's Vineyard. All rooms except the upstairs bedroom are waterview, as is the deck- perfect for lounging, reading,or daydreaming. A small grassy yard is ideal for playing and barbecuing, the outdoor shower is steps away, Spend your days swimming at nearby Lambert's Cove Beach- the most sought after calm beach on the Island-perfect for small children as there is no surf. Enjoy dining on the deck and the spectacular ocean sunsets and creating wonderful vacation memories for years to come.
