Sail Harbour.Come enjoy our brand new townhouse in this lovely, quiet, Mediterranean-inspired gated community. We have a magnificent southern exposure overlooking the lake for beautiful sunsets. We are close to the beaches of Ft. Myers and Sanibel (10 minutes). There are over 180 golf course within a 30 mile radius. If you like to shop, you will be close to upscale malls, beach shopping, or one of the largest flea markets you have ever seen. There are hundred's of restaurants nearby.

Our unit is not furnished like your typical rental. Both bedrooms have very high quality beds and linens. They are very large with full baths and TV's. The laundry is on the second floor and if you don't like stairs, use the elevator. The lower level is the living area with lots of space. Everything is upgraded from cabinets to granite to plumbing fixtures. We have also decorated the entire unit with expensive art. Cable TV, high speed internet, and local phone service is included with a garage.
