Peaceful... This is the first word that will come into your mind as you pull into the driveway. The only thing you will hear is the hum of passing boats and water lapping against the rock shore. This lake front home has breath taking views and a short private walkway to the lake with floating dock. View the lake from the newly constructed deck equipped with gas grille and patio furniture perfect for a sunset dinner. Fish or swim from the floating dock on the 200 feet of lake front property. Fully equipped accommodations, your only needs will be your food and your clothes This beautiful cottage has two bedrooms, one and a half baths. Master bedroom has private half bath and standard size bed. Second bedroom has a standard bed and a set of bunk beds. The living room has a pull out queen size sofa. Although the owners are pet lovers, some of our guests suffer from pet or smoke allergies. Please refrain from bringing pets and please confine all tobacco use to the outdoors.

The Boone Lake Cottage was exactly what we needed for an idyllic getaway. We are kayakers and came to the cottage with our touring boats, and the dock afforded us easy access to the lake and its miles of waterway waiting to be explored. The accomodations were clean and comfortable. We recommend the cottage without reservation.

A Little Piece of Heaven, the perfect name for this cottage and lake front property.
My husband two young teenage grandsons and I spent a wonderful week
mid June 2008 here, and it has just been a week since we left and we are already talking about a return trip next year if we can wait that long. This property is everything it says it is and more.
This is a beautiful part of the county but the lake front is so nice you do not want to even go exploring because you may miss something just watching the light change the surface of the water.
We did venture out a few times and found lots of nice resturants in Johnson City not far away..

We would highly reccomend this to anyone young old or anywhere in between

Thanks for a great week that we will long remember.

We really enjoyed our stay at Boone Lake Cottage. It really felt like home, from the minute we arrived. You certainly think of everything! It was as though you had anticipated our every need and the cottage had everything we could ask for, and more. The view was spectacular and we even spent one whole day on the lake, exploring all the beautiful sights. When it came time to leave, we had to pry ourselves away. The experience was so wonderful that, of course, we didn't want to leave.

We would certainly recommend the Boone Lake Cottage to anyone who wants to get away, enjoy the tranquility of nature and the lake, and just generally relax. It was an easy drive to just about any attraction we wanted to see. We toured the amazing Bristol Caverns, went to the Washington County Fair, visited several marinas, stopped at historic sites, shopped everywhere, and found the Bristol Motor Speedway just a 15 minute drive from our door, using the short cut you told us about.
All in all, this was the most delightful and worry-free vacation we have had in many a year. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. We can hardly wait until the next time we come back to Boone Lake Cottage.

My family and I stayed here durning a race week end and we absolutely loved it. The owner was helpful with directions to and from race. With children we wanted to be away from crowds and they loved the lake, so clear you could see the fish swimming! The cabin was extremely clean and had all necessities of home. Would go back again.

WOW, what a perfect vacation spot. Very clean facility, so many "thoughtful" touches, down to the smallest details, paper towels, flashlights, games, books, extra lawn chairs (too many extras to mention). Owners delightful and helpful. we really did not want to leave.
