Go West about 8 miles to Scenic Drive (also called 16th Ave.) Turn right past Stony Lake and drive about 1 mile to Cobmoosa Shores (The closed Frontier Village Store is across the street).   • $700.00 for full week. Beginning Saturday @ noon thru following Saturday 10:00 am
  • Rate is $700.00 per week from June thru August during peak times
  • Security deposit of $150.00 is required. This will not be returned if cabin is left unclean. The cabin will be clean when you arrive and must be cleaned by you before you depart.
    Cancellation policy: We will refund the weeks rental IF we can re-rent your week, however you will forfeit your deposit.

There is not a phone in the cabin, however, cell phones do work just outside the sub division. There are NO dirt bikes, ATV's, motorcycles or 4 wheelers allowed on the property.

I really enjoyed my stay in Oct. 07. The cabin is in a perfect spot. Beautiful trees, comfortable cabin and lots to do within a short distance. The beach was an easy walk away and quiet this time of year. Neighborhood keeps this beach extremely clean. I went for a quiet getaway but it would be the perfect spot for kids of all ages. The cabin was very clean and well equiped. Lots of firewood was avalible for wonderful fires. There was even a grill and hammock for relaxing.
Owner was wonderful to work with a gave very quick responses to email inquiries.

The cottage was accurately described in the add and was in a beautiful spot. The kids had a great time at the beach up the road. Lots to do in the area. The dune rides and M I adventure are a must.
