The two units are ideal for two families to travel and stay together, but still have their own space. Please email for availability of both units.
  • At the time of reserving the property half of the total rental fee plus cleaning fee is due. The balance of the rent is due two weeks prior to your arrival.

This unit was as described, clean, and comfortable: 2 bdrs and bath. Semi-fenced yard for the kids, safe streets. Really appreciated the washer & dryer which helps for those two week stays. Short walk to beach, the Sunday School, and other conveniences. As a kid the Sunday School was always a highlight of our time on the cape. It is so well known now that parking is a hassle, so a short walk is great. Centrally located on the cape, good location to explore other towns.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
