Stoneridge condominium complex is located on Long Island Dr. just off Hwy 7 So. (Central Avenue), and Lake Hamilton's main channel shoreline. It's convenient to restaurants, boat rentals, Hot Springs Mall and Oaklawn Park. Downtown events and Magic Springs Theme Park are short drives. You cannot find a better location! Stoneridge has beautiful gated grounds with a pool, hot tub, sauna and a large outdoor grill just off the Clubhouse area. A covered boat stall comes with the unit so feel free to bring your own boat. This condo has an exceptional floor plan with a large laundry room area. You'll love relaxing inside here as much as on the lake. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. This place truly makes you smile and feel at home.

Paint color in the Living/Dining area is a warm, earthy gold. Also, full 1080p HDTV with Smart Blue Ray DVD in room entertainment area... Play a DVD, watch something from Netflix, Amazon Streaming or listen to Pandora at the touch of a button...in case it's raining or just a lazy afternoon.

I always wanted to own a condo at Stoneridge...and one day I finally snagged one. It's the best location by car or boat. The floor plan is what I really like because it's so much like a house plan and not the usual condo box plan. Hallways make a big difference and the separate laundry room is a big deal to me. I gutted and remodeled so the place is all updated and comfy. Travertine and hardwood floors and lots of granite. Furniture and art pieces were selected just for this condo. Lots of color all around and it all comes together very well.

What makes this condo unique

I can live here or I can use my condo as a vacation rental. Most of the owners at Stoneridge live out of town or state. There are very few owners that actually live at Stoneridge full time. I am usually there December, January and February and I feel like I have the whole complex to myself during those times! I enjoy sharing my condo in the spring/summer/fall with welcome guests. This condo really does have 180 degrees of lake views.

Gallery Walk (first Friday of every month), Blues Festival, Jazz Festival, movie documentaries, Antique Walk (third Friday of every month). All things to do downtown. Magic Springs and Crystal Falls Theme Park for the kids as well as Saturday evening concerts for all. Sun by the condominium pool or sun on the lake, it's all wonderful and relaxing. There are several wonderful restaurants in the surrounding area. Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs is a great place to vacation and Stoneridge # 305 is a wonderful condo to make your vacation perfect.

Don't forget, if you're not on the school schedule, September and October are still great days on Lake Hamilton.

Other Activities: Boat rental within half mile. Let's look at some off lake activities: Garvan Woodland Gardens....a botanical wonder right here in Hot Springs! Crater of Diamonds State Park in Murfreesboro, about 1.5 hour drive. Mid America Science Museum. Horseback riding is available in several areas. Oaklawn Park racing and Casino. Downtown Hot Springs and Bathhouse Row is always great. Walking the numerous mountain trails on North or West Mountains. Digging for crystals in one of the Coleman Mines. Magic Springs and Crystal Falls Water Park is the #1 hit for kids in the summer. We have Blues/Jazz Fest activities and film documentaries going on all the time. Hot Springs REALLY is a fun place.

Golf: Hot Springs Country Club is a semi-private golf course with beautiful grounds. Give Belvedere a try. Also, numerous golf courses in Hot Springs Village.

Our little town is starting to really take off!

This is not your ordinary run of the mill condo. What sets this one apart from others are the decorations and furnishings. First rate all the way and easily one of the most beautifully decorated condos ever seen.

The owner, Sally, should be extreemly proud of what she has done to make this rental a few cuts above the norm. Absolutely gorgeous and highly recommended!

This was the fifth spring time visit my mother, friend and myself have made to this luxurious condo. We base our trip to Hot Springs on it's availibility-that's how much we like everything about this home. Sally is always a pleasure to work with and we always know it will be clean and maintained to a very high standard.

My sisters and I always have a fantastic time at this condo, such a wonderful experience with the owner.

Get away for a weekend at Oaklawn

We have satyed at this condo for the last two years. It is a great Condo with everything you would need for a fun and comfortable stay. We shared it with our grown children and 2 grandchildren. Everyone was comfortable and loved the beautiful veiw of the lake. The condo is large and very well maintained. It is convienent to everything. Sally was gracious enough to let us include our little dog, Sally is always very helpful when you have any questions. We would recommend this condo to our family and friends. We would very much like to stay there again.

We are repeat visitors to Hot Springs and this lovely condo. It is comfortable, nicely decorated and very convenient to everything we needed for a nice family get together. Thanks Sally!
