Beautiful open loft space with multiple south facing windows, overlooking one of London's oldest green's, Hoxton Square, now one of the most fashionable areas of the city full of restaurants, galleries and bars. Solid walnut floors, architect designed interior, ceiling height Juliet balcony doors, glass panelling throughout yet remains warm and friendly. Very close to the heart of the city and the west end, with multiple bus links. 5 minute walk to Old street tube. 10 min walk to Spitalfields market. Fully furnished with large sofa, Eames chairs, sumptuous bed, rugs, dining table, office desk, washing machine, dryer and all other amenities you could possibly want. Couples or families only please. Tenant must be responsible.

The flat is situated in Hoxton square, one of the oldest squares in London, but now home to some of the most fashionable restaurants, galleries and bars in the city. The flat looks directly over the leafy square as well as the the White Cube gallery, one of the most important modern art galleries in Europe (Damien Hirst and Tracy Emin recently showed) and is a ten minute walk to the financial city centre, and within easy reach of the west end. Multiple bus link stop within 200 m, Liverpool st is a 10min walk and Old street tube only 5 min.of the west end. On Sundays walk to Spitalfields market for fresh food or designer clothes and then go to Columbia road flower market. Or drop by Brick Lane for the most authentic curry in town. Whatever you do expect a vibrant, cultural experience in the heart of the most exciting part of London
