This spacious and immaculate private house is available for rent and located in a friendly family community. The development is equipped with sidewalks and street lighting at night. There is a community swimming pool and tennis courts.

The Southampton Community is located a mile and a half from Bethany Beach. Five miles north are the tax free Tanger Outlets, shopping and miniature golf. Great restaurants and golf resorts are nearby. Plus, Ocean City, Maryland approximately 6 miles south on Rt 1.

The friendly town of Bethany is enjoyable and fun for the whole family! Come see for yourself!

I booked this home labor day weekend for my family and i, and we enjoyed it so much. We had the amenities as if we were home, relaxation at the pool, laughs at night on the deck, sunbathing at the beach, walks on the boardwalk, access to the nearby shops, and peaceful nights. We ended the summer with great memories. I would definitely stay here again.

We rented from this lovely couple for two weeks. The process was easy and location was perfect. The home is new making it comfortable and clean for everyone. The bunk beds were a hit with my children and can comfortably sleep three. All amenities and more were easily accessible. We had a great time and look forward to renting again. Thanks for welcoming us into your rental!
