Warm and welcoming end unit townhouse style condo in desirable Forest Rim development of Waterville Valley. Two level unit with views of the surrounding mountains from almost every window. Condo features two traditional bedrooms as well as a sun room with a new twin over full bunk, love seat, and cable TV. Also includes a new flat screen LCD TV with Bose surround system. Extremely clean and very comfortable home away from home. Waterville Valley is a wonderful place to visit all year round. During the winter enjoy alpine or cross-country skiing in the valley or surrounding mountains. During the spring, summer, and fall, enjoy hiking, biking, and other warmer weather activities in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The Valley offers a quiet retreat, with restaurants, shops, and entertainment. It truly is a wonderful vacation and recreation area.   • 50% Deposit is required upon booking to hold reservation. Balance is due within 30 days of reservation. If reservation is made less than 30 days prior, full balance is due upon booking.
    Deposits can not be refunded unless a replacement booking can be found.

Beautiful, easy get-away

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. It was like walking into our own house -- except cleaner and better equipped! Full kitchen with all kinds of utensils made home cooking easy. Very quiet, even though it was a holiday weekend. Kids loved the big whirlpool tub, the big screen television, and all the local activities. It is walking distance to the community pool complex and to the town recreation center. Highly recommended.
