This is a gorgeous home with screened enclosed electric heated pool. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the property is a treed lot with flowers and beautiful fruit trees outside the lanai. Home features split bedrooms. Custom marble and ceramic title. Separate dining room, breakfast bar, pool table, the pool area with bar makes for a comfortable entertainment area. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Internet access with printer, copier and fax capabilities for you laptop, (3) 32 inch TVs, sleeps 8. All the comforts of home! Located just minutes to the beaches, major malls, Hammond Park, the Pinellas Trail and charming historic downtown Dunedin with its quaint shops and fine restaurants. We are in close proximity to Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs, Busch Gardens, The Hammock (a 75 acre nature preserve), golf courses, home to Yankee and Phillies spring training camps, Caladesi Island, Sanibel Island, plus. It is less than a 2 hour drive to Disney and other Orlando attractions.
