The Buena Vista House at Graysill is one of the very few homes in the resort for rent. Spectacular views overlooking Needles Mountain Range with all the comforts of home. This beautiful home features granite counter tops, brand new kitchen, sunken living room/dining room with wood floors and a rock fireplace. Luxurious linens and over-sized picture windows to take advantage of the breathtaking Needles Mountains. The mountain location is an easy 25 minutes to the historic western town of Durango where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and the famous Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Train. Located at the bottom of the mountain is one of the finest steak house restaurants in Durango. This spacious two-story house has state of the art in-floor heating that keeps you cozy in the winter. There are covered decks off the first level living room and second level master bedroom. The huge master suite has a king bed and a roll-away bed. The luxurious adjoining bath has an oversized tub and a walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds with a full adjoining bath. Also, the loft has a queen sleeper sofa. We also have a full size crib,

A washer/dryer and direct access to a heated garage provide all the comforts of home. The BUENA VISTA House at Graysill offers first class accommodations in a mountain ski resort.

We had an awesome Spring Break here. We loved the house. It was the perfect location - quiet yet close enough to the lifts. The views were amazing and the weather was perfect. The kids are already talking about next year. Thanks for everything.

WICKED - my kids said! You can't beat the majestic mountain view and the proximity to the slopes. We had a fabulous stay and fantastic snow! The house was spacious and luxurious. Thx!

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend. The house was perfect for 2 families. Although it is still a bit of a walk to the lodge (if you have small children doing ski school), it was still very convenient. We will be back!

My 6 girlfriends and I stayed for 4 wonderful days. The house was perfect. Every night we made dinner and sat by the fire. We will definitely rent the house again.

Rich - thanks so much for squeezing us in on short notice. The weather was excellent, the ski conditions were outstanding, and the house was fantastic... you've really got it set up nice. This was the closest we've ever stayed to the lifts and we're hooked.... we'll be back next year!
