The entry is well named, because the house was, indeed, perfect. We were there for five nights, and spent most of our time outside, by the firepit (which warmed up the cool mornings and evenings nicely) and in the pool/spa, but the whole house was just right for a vacation -- plenty of space inside and outside, plenty of comfort, and spectacular views. One of the nights we had twelve people to dinner and it was a great place for a small party. No need, really, ever to leave -- except for provisions.

This was the perfect house for our family of 5 plus doggie, with small children! The spa feature acted as a "kiddie" pool, and it was all saline instead of chlorine, which made it so much more pleasant. The house is super close to a grocery store and we even walked to El Jefe in the Saguaro resort a couple of times. That is about the extent of our Palm Springs outings, because we just want to sit by the pool all day, every day, and this fit the bill perfectly!

This house is cute and is accurately portrayed by the current photos on this listing. Nicely decorated, fun, casual, light and airy, it is undoubtably one of the best homes on the block...

The owner was very courteous and friendly and accommodating, we did just fine and our pup loved the backyard...

The spa was terrific and the pool was nice, albeit a bit smaller than expected, but refreshing in the desert heat...

The property was clean and well-maintained, the master bedroom bed was amazingly comfortable!

Listing description of location was - relatively - accurate. It is in Palm Springs, and nothing in Palm Springs is very far away! The map above unfortunately does not show a specific location. That said, it is relatively close to the airport and in the flight path of arrivals and departures. There are a number of daily flights in and out of Palm Springs International, beginning at just prior to 6AM and up until about 11PM. If you are an aviation freak, you'll love seeing the jets up close and personal. This is mentioned in this review because no other Traveler Reviews had been so specific about this rather important information, and we felt we have a duty to report to potential travelers this information, experienced first-hand. For us, the jet's noise was annoying, otherwise we would have given more stars to this review...

I love this house.

I rent this house for a week every year with a group of friends. Every aspect of the experience has been wonderful, from reservation to the stay itself. The owners and their staff are fair, reasonable, and honest. I can't say enough wonderful things about the house and have recommended it.

This is the house my friends and I always stay when we come to Palm Springs. Quiet neighborhood, close to the airport, I-10, supermarkets, and downtown PS. The bedrooms are well appointed and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. The pool and hot tub call us each time we return. If you're looking for a low-key "grown up" place to spend your time in PS, this is the house.
