Ski season has arrived! Book your winter getaway here and save $$! This snug and charming 1 bed/1 bath condo is just steps away from the gondola - no parking or shuttle hassles! The unit has a full kitchen and bath, a gas fireplace, a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, queen pullout in living room and a patio that looks out to the stars and the mountains. Red Hawk lodge is one of Keystone's newest and convenient buildings which has a large game room in the lobby with a pool table, a big screen TV and comfortable seating in front of the large gas fireplace. There's a heated outdoor swimming pool, and 2 hot tubs that look out to the mountains. Also on-site is a workout room, steam room, and ski lockers for your winter use. This is a 1st floor unit which makes getting in and around the unit very convenient. Heated underground parking and Internet access / wifi included! Independently owned and managed so the rates are kept low.

Notes: Sleeping Arrangements: There is a queen bed in the bedroom with a TV/DVD. In the family room there is a queen sofa sleeper in front of the gas fireplace. The bathroom is just off the kitchen. Keystone Activities: The River Run is the center of all the activities that Keystone has to offer. There are many excellent restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, and many shopping options. In addition to night skiing, Keystone has the Adventure Park, at the top of the Gondola that offers 3 steep tubing hills. Ice skating is available by the mountain house pond. During the summer, mountain biking is available and festivals aplenty. River Run Village is stocked with restaurants, shopping and nightlife year round. Starbucks is in the village as well for all of you coffee-goers. The unit is walking distance from all the activity, yet in a very quiet vicinity.

It has been a longtime dream of mine to own a beautiful vacation home in the mountains. I am excited to share my comfortable home with others who share my passion of being so close to the mountains. When I looked at properties, I fell in love with this unit after seeing several in the Summit County. I just knew it was perfect for me and for those who are looking for an exciting fun filled getaway or just some relaxation away from it all. I highly recommend this 1 bedroom condo. It is in such an ideal location for skiing, mountain biking, running, hiking, or road biking. This is the 2nd time I stayed here and I absolutely loved it here. The first time I stayed was for a romantic getaway. There is so much to do in the area. The second time I stayed was to acclimate myself to the high elevation for a marathon in Leadville.

I am coming back for sure.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. We went over Christmas break 2008 and
the Christmas lights in town were beautiful as were the lights on the trees right
outside the windows to the condo. The condo is so close to the gondola we came
home for a lunch break during a full day of skiing. The condo is fully equipped
with everything you need to cook. There are lots of pots and pans, dishes, utensils
and even a strainer for spaghetti. The condo has games and DVD's that the whole
family enjoyed. Michelle is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this
condo.

We just got back from Keystone (Dec 2008) and this unit was perfect for my husband and 2 sons. It's very close to the new gondola (much closer than we had expected) and the ski school which was very important for our trip. The owner was extremely responsive, friendly and willing to negotiate so we could enjoy this trip on a budget. Our boys have always wanted to ski and this was the perfect place to do it. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed in this condo in July and had a wonderful time. We come to Summit county often and found this unit to be particularly clean, well-stocked, and convenient to just about everything. The owner was very responsive to our needs and accommodating. It far surpassed our expectations. We will be back again!

This is such a great condo with all the amenities. Very close to the slopes and convenient to everything. We loved the hot tubs! Saw fireworks at the mountain and they were beautiful. The photos dont do this place justice. My husband and I had a great time - will bring the kids next year!
