4400 square foot luxury home located on West Grand Traverse Bay, Stoney Point, Suttons Bay Michigan. Very quiet, 123 feet of frontage, large yard. Three miles from the town of Suttons Bay, 7 miles to Casino, 15 miles to Traverse City. Beautiful sunrises. Large Master Suite. Two other large Bedrooms with King sized beds all face the bay. A fourth small bedroom on main floor. Large lower family room, walkout to the Bay. Parcel is 122 x 450. Lots of room, parking, etc. Wildlife abundant, including a couple of eagles that nest nearby. Many wineries nearby. Leland, Fishtown and Lake Michigan, all close. Fun and very relaxing home.

This home is our retirement home that we built in 2000. All rooms have views of the Bay. We have only rented our home for a few weeks per summer as we spend most of the summer there ourselves. Our home is not a typical vacation rental, nor does it have rental wear and tear.We only want renters who will treat our place as they would their own home. Bill and Claudia

Suttons Bay and Leelanau County are beautiful. It is very, very quiet, shopping, movie theatre, restaurants...all very close. The bay is enchanting. Recently installed wood flooring in living room and new carpeting in the family room and 2 bedrooms. All rooms have been recently repainted.
