Our quiet and comfortable condominium is perfect if you are interested in a place to relax and escape the everyday stresses of life. It is nestled between the upscale, gated community of Carillon Beach and a protected bird sanctuary, both easily accessible on foot. Our spacious design will comfortably sleep four. Downstairs is a large bedroom and bath with gorgeous beach front views and sounds. Upstairs is the beautiful dining room and kitchen both overlooking the Gulf with another full bath and the living room. Off the living room is our balcony overlooking Carillon Beach, Lake Powell, and the Gulf of Mexico. It is tastefully decorated and one of only a few units of its kind with two full baths making it convenient for four people. It boasts a comfortable queen-size bed, sleeper sofa, custom fully equipped kitchen, and serene furnishings.

Very peaceful and relaxing

We viisited this condo for 3 nights in April and loved it so much we are returning for a week in June. We loved the beach area and the lagoon was an extra we didn't plan on. I reccomend this condo for a couple by themselves or for a small family.
You want regret it!!!!

We really enjoyed our week at the condo, very clean and spacious. The unit has some beautiful views. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice quite place to stay.
