If you are looking for a place that is very clean and well maintained, then you found it. When you stay at our home on SPI you will not be greeted by any surprises. Relax and enjoy this spacious 2200 square foot home only 1/2 block from the beach. If you walk at a leisurely pace, it is only 3-5 minutes to the nearest beach access. No need to get in a hurry, remember you are on Island Time. We have small children and this home is certainly kid friendly from the pirate theme bunk bed room to the fenced and gated private back yard with actual grass to play on....just like home. The hot tub is the largest Hot Springs offers and is covered for your child's protection (yes you may use it and please do). Beach toys and towels are provided along with an outside seashell washing station so the sand doesn't have to travel home with you

Nearest Airport: Brownsville at 25 Miles
South Padre Island has been voted as one of the top beaches in the United States and is truly and unfounded treasure by those outside of Texas. SPI sports white sandy beaches and clear water and the town is one that simply draws you in and makes you feel at home. If you like to fish then grab your pole and either surf fish or rent a charter to cast a line in the bay or in the Gulf. This area is a fisherman's paradise! One can also partake in the Schlitterbahn water park if you are looking some extra water adventure or is seashells are thing then head to the North park of the Island (where the road ends and the beach begins) and find an incredible selection of shells. There are go-cart rides and put-put golf or you can hit the SPI golf course if you like to swing the big sticks. This is only naming a few as there are many things to do on Padre.

Washing your clothes will be easy and convenient with the provided washer and dryer. Your kitchen is fully stocked if you desire to cook in, or you can cook out using the gas grill located on the patio. We also provide WiFi access and unlimited long distance (within the USA of course) at no charge to you. The Master Bedroom (King bed) and Second Bedroom (Queen bed) have pillow top mattresses with high thread count sheets for a great nights sleep. Each bedroom has it's own flat screen television with cable access and DVD player. If you feel the need to see it just a little bigger, then kick back and enjoy the 50 inch plasma screen in the family room. Yes, bed linens and bath towels are provided at no additional charge. While you are warming up on the beach your car can stay cool in your two car garage, which is sooo nice during the Summer time.

We could go on and on about our home on Padre Island. If you have any questions or would like to reserve your time on Padre, please give us a call.

Our family felt right at home in this rental. It was very cozy and quiet and very clean. All the descriptions were right on the mark plus some! The owners made us feel extremely welcome especially the bucket full of goodies waiting for us on the counter! Big A+!!

This is a gorgeous home! Perfect for families with small children. They have everything you need for home and beach just bring your clothes!! It was a short walk to the beach, so close our 2 yr. old walked it! Would definitely stay here again.

This townhome was amazing. Very clean, wonderful deocr, and everything you possibly needed to make your vacation worry free. We liked the location of the townhome as it was close to the beach. The hottub and grill are nice added touches. We recommend this townhome to anyone vacationing in South Padre.
