First Level Features:
The first level features a recreation room with TV and Foosball table, bathroom and a washer/dryer, with steps leading to the pool, covered hot tub and Tiki Bar, and outdoor shower enclosed in a privacy fence. There is a fish cleaning area, built in BBQ and horseshoe pit.
Second Level Features:
On the second level you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, 1 with twin beds and 1 with a pyramid bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on the top) with two full bathrooms available. There are covered porches to the front featuring a view of the sound, and to the rear featuring a view of the ocean.
Third Level Features:
The third level features the master suite with a king bed, jacuzzi tub, shower, double sinks and a cathedral ceiling. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator and ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, waffle iron, and blender, with a breakfast bar seating 4 next to an adjoining dining area which seats 8. The kitchen, dining area and living room all feature cathedral ceilings throughout. You can enjoy the big screen TV while enjoying a warm fire on a cool evening. The living room opens to a full length deck featuring lovely ocean views.
