This is a smaller two bedrooms--1.5 bdrms--master has king size bed and second bedroom has bunk beds--full/single bunks

Sq footage: 895 sq ft

Hours:Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm CST

We do daily rental but it has to start or end on saturday with four nights minimum--unless odd dates already posted

Seasonal...Some restrictions apply!

Summer /Early Fall Rental is restricted to weekly rental unless we have odd dates already posted

Weekly rental is Saturday to Saturday

Monthly rental: January and February together

We do November and December monthly also

We do not do daily rental in January and February, we do monthly rental at this time--January and February together--- unless some units are open for daily rental

The Living Room offers a Direct Gulf/Beach Front View with floor to ceiling glass windows. Condo has 65'-inch LCD HD TV/DVD player and you get 139 Viewing Channels at The Lighthouse plus Free Wireless Internet!!! The Living Room has Sleeper Sofa that makes into a Queen-size Bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs with solid surface granite countertop and four Bar Stools at the bar area. The entire condo is tiled so you don't have to put up with any nasty smelly carpet!

Master bedroom---king size bed, with 26' LCD TV plus VCR/DVD Player..private access to balcony. Master bathroom has granite double vanity, walk-in closet (with personal safety box), jacuzzi and separate shower.

Second Bedroom has tiled floor and has Bunk Beds (Full & Twin Size Bed), 19'LCD with built in TV/DVD player, chest drawer/mirror, and also has full bathroom across from the bedroom. This 2nd Bedroom is perfect for children, but possibly a little small for adults?

We have 10 other Condos for you to choose from at the LIGHTHOUSE ranging from 1.5 BR condos to 3 BR Corner unit Condos. All LIGHTHOUSE CONDOS are DIRECT GULF FRONT with 3 Large Pools including one that is ZERO ENTRY which is great for kids and one totally indoor heated!!!

We highly recommend this unit

This is our sixth winter season in the Lighthouse 1810. We have always found this unit to be clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The owners are easy to work with and have always been quick to respond to any questions we might have. We love the view, the well-supplied kitchen, and we sleep like babes to the sound of the rolling surf. Those are the reason we return each year. I don't know what angle the previous poster was coming from but they were way off base. We enjoy 1810, the Lighthouse in general, and hope to return here for many years to come.

Would not recommend this unit to any one over the age of 25-30.

Although it was our fault for not checking more closely the pictures on the website - We could not believe there was no dining table in the condo. I don't believe I have ever stayed in a condo that had only 3 bar stools for eating. Also the bed was so hard, my back hurt so much, we had to go buy thick mattress pad to ease the pain. The couch and chair was not

comfortable at all.

While we love the area and have stayed in another condo in the LH, we sure won't be

reserving this one again.

Owner's Response: We just completed remodeling/upgrading this condo and were so surprised and deeply disappointed to see our first review come in,,,not so good???? So I called Tenant to discuss. She quickly once again admitted pictures on website were all exact photos and there was no picture shown of Dining Table but she thought there should be one,,,,even though there is no room to put Dining table without over crowding?? I explained that most guest are quite happy to either use the "4" Bar Stools and Dine on Granite Counter Top or set on Sofa and chair and Dine on large coffee table or even go outside and Dine on Balcony table while taking in awesome views. Additionally most all the 1.5 BR 2 Bath units is the LH Complex do not have Dining Tables,,,, but the larger 2 BR units do. She admitted their previous stay in LH was in a 2 BR Condo but she got better deal this time with us. I questioned Her about complaint of the Couch & Chair and she said they do not like "Leather"??? I explained leather cost more, was cleaner and made for more luxurious Condo,,,but she wanted cloth seating and preferred softness over cleanliness?? I then explained the mattress in condo was recently installed "Brand New Mattress" but ,,,,she wanted Soft Mattress like they have at home?? We have owned this condo since 2007 and always rented it out thru our main website "gulfshoresrental" dot com,,,,, but we decided to add it to VRBO since remodeling and I'm VERY VERY Saddened that our very first review was not good one. The Rentor did admit the condo was super nice and that she did not necessaily mean to be leaving complaint as she thought she was just complaining to us only. As others stay in this condo,,,please please leave honest feedback so others will know this condo is truly luxurious. Thanks for reading this Review/Complaint with open mind and understanding :)
