Water views from everywhere on this private 2 acre property that sits high on the water above Potters Pond. The landscape rolls down to your own dock and the property also contains a small brook. The house is a single level 60 year old charming ranch that will bring you back in time. There are three bedrooms that sleep six and a pull out futon sleeps two more. Enjoy water activities on Potters Pond or swim in the surf at the sandy beach less than a mile down the road. There's a large flagstone patio for entertaining friends or enjoying a quiet cocktail while watching the sunset!

Plenty to do and explore with restaurants, marinas, boating, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, fishing, crabbing, quahogging all located nearby. Easy drive to Block Island ferry, port at Galillee, Narragansett, Westerly (all approx. 15 minutes away), Newport, Mystic Aquarium, Foxwoods Casino, and Providence (all ranging from approx 30 to 40 minutes away). A public park with tennis courts, basketball court, playground and fields is just a 5 minute walk.
