This is the place to kick back, relax, and enjoy a glass of local wine while viewing the sea! There are white water views from every room. This single level home is a 1950's classic that has been updated with all new furniture, paint and carpet. It has a large great room with vaulted mahogany ceilings, stone fireplace, and floor to ceiling windows. The large family room also has mahogany ceilings, many windows for watching the local deer and sleeps 3 people. You'll definitely want to spend some time on the front porch, whether its with your morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. This fabulous home lies at the end of a street with great southern exposure allowing for weather that's warmer than the rest of Cambria, yet it is just 3 blocks to the tidepools. The home also backs up to over 400 acres of open space filled with hiking and biking trails. Hearst Castle is only 10 minutes away!

Cambria is a seaside Artist's Colony located on Scenic Highway One, the gateway to Big Sur. Hearst Castle is only 10 minutes away. There are many, many nearby wineries & 2 lakes great for water skiing within 1 hour's drive. The area is fabulous for cycling, surfing, kite surfing, windsurfing & antiquing. Hiking along Hwy One is also great. Traveling up the coast towards Big Sur and Carmel are popular things to do.

Classic Cambria Home lies on a half acre near the end of a very quiet street. There is good weather, & great ocean views. This is In a neighborhood of beautiful homes. It is a wonderful area for those who like to enjoy the great outdoors. There are many deer that frequent the yard. In fact on many nights the local deer will sleep in the backyard, bring your cameras!

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The house was so large that everyone had their own place to go. The view of the ocean wan spectacular. Having access to a washing machine was great. The owner was very helpful and had provided us with all of the necessary items. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone.
