Lovely home convenient to Breckenridge

My family stayed here prior to Christmas this year when the rates were lower. We loved being able to have some room to spread out, and the views were wonderful. The home was well maintained, very clean, and stocked with most of what we needed except not enough wash cloths and no facial soap, no baggies and no aluminum foil--but that is really too trivial to complain about. The home has a laundry room, and everyone also enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table and hot tub. (We have had hot tubs in other properties that didn't seem clean, but this one was great with a wonderful view). Thanks to the owners for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful home at a great rate before the holidays officially began. If you want to ski, it is 5 miles to town, but the roads were plowed, and it was nice being away from the busy condo area. We loved the food at The Dredge although it is somewhat pricey. It was by far the best meal we had in town, but it was not among the recommended places to eat. Empire Burger wasn't all that great--less than average burger--and the recommended mushrooms were mushy with the topping (crust) falling off.
At all costs avoid the guided snowmobile tour by White Mountain Tours--it was not at all like the wonderful unguided tour we had several years ago in Crested Butte. The White Mountain Tour was on one straight narrow, slanted path. No freedom to move around very uncomfortable riding at a slant the whole time.
We liked this property very much but would not rent it during peak times due to the higher cost
