We reserved this rental property for the months of Jan. and Feb. 2011. When we arrived we found the place to be very dirty with very old furniture. It was nothing like the pictures portrayed on the web site. We refused to stay there as things we in such a horrible state. The microwave door and oven we nothing but greasy and the wine glasses hanging in the wine rack were also greasy and filmy. The furniture was old and we just couldn't stay in a place like that. We never received a rental contract and terms but paid 1 month in full. When we decided not to stay the owner took 15% of the total of 2 months even though we only paid for 1.
Owner's Response: We have been owning and renting Condos for 15 years & attribute our success to maintaining, up-dating and having a good relationship with our guests. We have recently painted the exterior of our building, added a pool enclosure, painted the pool deck and sunning deck. The swimming pool has been resurfaced, and the appearance is quite impressive as you can see from our newly posted photos. We continuously update the interior ,as well, to keep our guests comfortable and returning to us. Our cleaning service has an extensive 'check list' to follow, and is double-checked by us. OUR MISSION: "To provide quality accommodations for the enjoyment of our guests. To maintain our property in a manner we are proud of and to treat each guest above and beyond what they expect."
